Specifying Cato
Cato plastic cabinets sit in Division 10 44 13, Fire Extinguisher Cabinets. The line to specify is the model number, the tub size, the tub and trim colour and the opening method — for example Cato Chief 11051-H, 10 lb, red tub and trim, .080 in clear acrylic break panel with hammer, surface mounted.
Each model page on this site carries the same tub I.D., trim O.D. and ship weight as the submittal, plus the mounting pattern where Cato publishes one. For a corridor cabinet, check the ADA projection guide before you settle on surface versus semi-recessed.
